Membership Enrollment
- Valid ID & credit card
- A signed contract (12 month agreement, your membership is auto-renewable.)
- Membership dues will be charged to your debit or credit card on the 1st day of each calendar month.
- You can purchase pre-paid annual membership and there is no restriction on early consumption of services.
- Please schedule your services in advance to ensure so you can receive the date, time & service provider you prefer.
- Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellation to avoid being charged for your service.
- Your first treatment of the month is included with the membership. Additional treatments during the month are at membership prices.
- Spa Membership dues do not include gratuities.
- Gift membership may be purchased at any time. Please ask us for details.
- Spa membership pricing may not be used in combination with any other promotional offers.
