  • To be successful, you must be ready to commit to the treatment plan and be compliant.  This program works when you follow it as prescribed.​
Prior to your appointment with us: 
  •  Please discontinue using any topical prescriptions prescribed for your acne for two weeks. (i.e. Differin, Retin-A, Clindamycin, Epiduo, etc.)
  •  You must be off Accutane for three months prior to us seeing you in our clinic.​​
This is an introduction to Acne Bootcamp! What to expect during your Acne Consultation With Treatment: 
  • *​You will receive a full acne consultation plus full facial treatment during your visit. ​
  • Your Acne Consultation with Treatment will cost $195. In addition, you will purchase your home-care products which will be approximately $195-$250 (approx.6-8 weeks worth of product) These products are an essential part of getting your skin clear and acne under control. We do not offer a program without home-care product purchase. ​
  • During your initial consultation, we will review your acne history. What you are currently using as your homecare routine and what you have used in the past for your acne will be important for us to know.
  • Based on our analysis of your skin and acne history we will create a homecare routine for you. You will be thoroughly educated on how and when to use each step of your routine.
  • We will review and discuss any acne triggers or lifestyle changes which we feel you may need to make to get your skin clear. We feel that it’s important to control your acne from the inside out.​
  • Your skin will be tested for sensitivities and you will receive the facial treatment, which includes a mild facial with extractions or a gentle enzyme treatment with steam and extractions.
  • We will send you home with a packet of full information that you've learned in the consultation plus next steps.
  • Following your consultation, we will set up a two to three-week follow-up appointment. These types of appointments will be ongoing until your skin is clear. Such appointments are essential for us to deep clean your pores, adjust your home-care regimen and lighten red marks and scarring. 
  • Consistency and patience are key when treating acne, as it may take several weeks to see noticeable improvements.

​We will conduct a consultation via Face Time or video call. By the end of the consultation you will know exactly what your specific acne triggers are and have a full plan for the next 4 months to manage and clear your skin.
​​During the 60 - minute Virtual Consult, we will:​
  • Review your acne history & determine your acne type.
  • Go over factors that make you break out - diet, medications, cosmetics, stress, etc.
  • Educate you on lifestyle habits and choices that aggravate acne
  • Recommend high quality supplements to help re-balance the body from the inside out.
  • Recommended home care products that you will need to get clear.
After the consult you will :
  • Receive PDF forms of critical acne triggers to avoid.
  • Purchase your acne products & we will ship direct to your home.
  • Be prepared to make lifestyle changes.
  • After receiving your order, follow our home care instruction each morning and night and make the suggested simple diet and lifestyle changes. 
  • your consultation includes free email or phone check-ins every 2 weeks for 16 weeks.
  • At your bi-weekly check-in, your progress and responsiveness to the program is very important for you to let us know so we can make customize adjustments to your home care regimen. In order to get you clear, we must challenge your skin with a slightly different regimen every couple of weeks- this is what makes our program different.
  • You implement the recommended changes and we repeat this 8 times (over a 4 month period) until your skin is beautifully, wonderfully, clear!
